This document, containing the Rule of Augustine and the Constitutions and General Statutes of the Canons Regular of the Order of the Holy Cross, is the edition authorized by the 2003 Crosier General Chapter.

Kruis: 1248–1998.] By Dr. Roger Janssen, O.S.C. The history of the Crosiers written on the occasion of the 750 year anniversary of the official approbation of the Order by the Holy See. Confrere Roger describes the four turning points that the Crosiers have experienced in their history that have compelled sometimes dramatic changes in the Order’s tradition and religious life. He points to the five turning points that the Order is presently immersed in and how it will impact the worldwide community of the Order of the Holy Cross.
